It opens onto a kitchenette equipped with 3 induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher. An alcove with 2 bunk beds for 2 people. A hidden bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a television. A bathroom with a shower, a sink, a mirror and a combined washing machine and dryer. The toilets are separate.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
