The community is well maintained with a large community pool and a playground. The house is located within walking distance to the beaches of Vera and has several bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.
There is a bus stop to go to Garrucha, Vera Pueblo and Mojacar easily if you do not have a car.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.
