Pueblo Evita is a charming closed holiday complex built in typical Andalusian style and is located next to Selwo Marina, Paloma Park, and a short walk from the beach.
The complex is very popular for many reasons. It is perfect for family vacations with its heated indoor pool, the Club House restaurant, 2 large family pools, and an on-site supermarket that specializes in English products.
This charming apartment is located on the second floor, consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom that was just renovated in 2021 with a new kitchen. Bathroom, Sofa bed and Furniture. Located in the coveted community of Pueblo Evita, this is the perfect place to stay and enjoy your vacation.
Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as restaurant / bars, children's club, and nighttime entertainment.
The complex and the apartments have a charming Andalusian style similar to a village and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious dining terrace with southwest orientation and sun until the afternoon.
Additionally, it benefits from a variety of restaurants / stores, tennis club and the best beach (Santa María) just a 15-minute walk away.
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the city center of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short drive away. Those vacationing in Benalmádena each year are likely to repeat bookings at this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but having a spectacular open view of the town, mountain and sea.

We inform our customers that the blocks near the apartments are under construction, therefore, we do not accept claims regarding this matter.
No claims will be accepted regarding pool hours and possible access restrictions, which must be respected at all times, which equally applies to any type of community resources, such as the jacuzzi and/or heated pools.

The opening and usage schedule of the pool depend exclusively on the homeowners' association.

Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications to the calendar or opening hours, whether by decision of the community or by any other circumstance beyond our management.

- Pueblo Evita does not have an elevator or access for disabled people. No complaints will be accepted on this matter.
- Pueblo Evita only has street parking, subject to availability.
- The air conditioning in this apartment has an automatic timer as an energy saving measure. Please note that no claims related to this functionality will be accepted.
CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
