With its terraces and turret, our house looks like a small castle. It is located on the north coast, between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos in the quiet village neighbourhood of Buen Paso. A small bar where you can also eat and a small supermarket are within walking distance (approx. 100 m). About Buen Paso Buen Paso is located on a headland in the north-west of the island of Tenerife and belongs to the municipality of Icod de los Vinos. The tourist pearl Puerto de la Cruz with the famous Loro Park, beautiful sandy beaches and other attractions is around 15 km away. Unwind here in this holiday home, on holiday with a wonderful starry sky, sunrise or sunshine!
The view from the large roof terrace is fantastic, from here you have a panoramic view of the sea and Teide. On the inside terrace there is an outside kitchen with barbecue and work area. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a separate large living area, which can be used as a further bedroom if required thanks to the Italian sofa bed. The furnishings are cosy and of high quality. A cosy fireplace corner invites you to snuggle up on cooler evenings. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub. The other bathroom has a shower with a bench and is ensuite to a bedroom. Hairdryer is available. Towels are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. American fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, various coffee machines and kettle. The barbecue terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen, with a brick barbecue and work surface.
Whirlpool and pool heating can be booked on a weekly basis on request and paid for on site.
There is a sofa area and a solar shower on the roof terrace. On request, we can set up a whirlpool with views of the Teide and the sea on the roof terrace for a fee.
On the south-west side is the garden with terrace and outdoor barbecue. An electric sun awning and parasols, sun loungers and seating furniture make the outdoor area cosy and a very private chill-out area.
There is a pool in the private garden, heatable on request and for a fee.
You can see the beautiful Teide from its most beautiful side and if you turn your head, you can see the sea, on clear days as far as La Palma. The tranquillity of the village combined with the possibility of reaching places of interest quickly and easily make it particularly attractive. The house was completely renovated in 2019 and is in mint condition. An oasis of well-being with style.
