Outdoor area of 500 m² with private garden, porch, barbecue and terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. At the back there is a small studio for the person who takes care of the garden, where they are occasionally present.
Interior area of 130 m² divided into 2 floors: on the ground floor we find the living room-dining room (fireplace, TV) with access to the terrace, a separate kitchen (microwave, gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine), 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub.
