Outside there is a large garden with a pool and sun loungers, a sitting area with comfortable lounge furniture, a table for communal meals under a starry sky, and a barbecue area. Fantastic holiday hours are guaranteed here. The center of Palma de Mallorca with a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shopping can be reached after 10.3 km. The nearest supermarket is 5.3 km or 9 minutes by car and a small selection of restaurants can be reached after 4 minutes by car. The long sandy beach of Playa Ciudad Jardín is a 16-minute drive from the villa.
