Villa Natalie is a large, modern detached villa ideally located for restaurants, shops and wonderful beach. It has a valid and permanent Tourist Licence VTV 327 ME.
Situated on a large plot, the villa is surrounded by well-maintained mature trees, hedges and plants giving it a high degree of privacy. There is handy off-road parking at the front of the property via a sliding front gate - making it a safe, secure environment for families.
At the rear of Villa Natalie is a large, private swimming pool with easy-access steps; great for an early-morning swim or afternoon dip. There is plenty of space around the pool for relaxing on the sun-loungers or sitting in the shade under the large parasols provided. The outside covered terrace area provides shade if you still want to sit by the pool but out of the midday sun. It has a lovely dining table area which is ideal for al-fresco dining along with a great brick-built BBQ area. The outside terrace also has a separate, comfy seating area for you to relax in. Table tennis table and equipment for all the family to use.
Inside the villa there is a large lounge and dining area. The high-ceilings with beams gives it a lovely, spacious feel and there are two sets of patio doors leading to the pool and garden area. Villa Natalie has been furnished to a high standard and you will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The lounge is modern, of very good quality, and you will feel extremely comfortable staying here. The well-equipped kitchen is just off the dining area and part open plan with a separate utility area.
The great thing about Villa Natalie is the feeling of space inside. The bedrooms are all located off a large, well-designed corridor separate from the lounge - meaning you can watch TV or relax in the lounge without disturbing others. All of the bedrooms, lounge and dining area have air-conditioning/heating units.
