Villa Margot is a typical Mediterranean house located in a quiet residential area, at only 1km from the beach and center of town.
The house is located on a large plot of 3200m², where you will enjoy the very large garden. Ideal for families with kids (and pets)!

Walking down the garden you'll reach the private pool (completely rebuilt in 2022) with sun loungers.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with dining table, sofa, TV and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with another dining corner.
Both the living room and kitchen have direct access to the garden and terrace.
On this floor there's a separate washing room with washing machine and dryer.
One quadruple bedroom (2 single beds which can be put together + a double sofa bed) with a ceiling fan. This room has direct access to the garden, ideal for kids.

Calella is one of the coast's hotspots with beach bars, boulevard, nice restaurants and many shops.
From the villa you can also easily reach the beautiful creeks and beaches of Sant Pol, the neighbouring town.
The Costa Brava is a 20min ride. You can reach both Barcelona and Girona within 45min.
