This villa enjoys peace and calm in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the world, yet close to the famous town of Sitges, a 10-minute drive away.
Located in the center of the large landscaped grounds that surround it, it consists of three floors and is ideal for families seeking tranquility and nature, friends who wish to share intimate and fun moments, groups wishing to visit a cosmopolitan city or busy town, but sleep in placid surroundings surrounded by greenery and a comfortable house, with a ground floor through which you can access directly to the large private pool.
The Villa has 3 floors, living/dining room with air-coniditioning, TV and DVD player, 5 bedrooms all with air-conditioning and 2 bathrooms + outside shower + toilet, TV DTT + Satellite, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, kitchen.

Car parking: Within the area with gravel and ramp, 2 or 3 cars can be parked. In front of the Villa, little traffic and parking is possible.
IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF VILLA SITGES EL OLIVO:
1.- Air conditioning in all rooms and inside the living/dining room.
2.- Enjoy the outside areas 16 hours a day: Swimming pool that you can watch from the Porch, games, meals under the porch, dinners, BBQ and Chill-out with magnificent view. Everything can be done outside enjoying this magnificent garden with real lawn of 600 m² sunny all day long due to its South/West orientation and its 100% flat terrain.
Natural pool temperature: May: 23o, June: 24o, July-August-Sept: 29o to 30o, October: 23o, November: 21o. December: 15o. January: 14o. February: 14o. March: 16o, April: 18o.
LOCATION INFORMATION:
- Villa Sitges El Olivo requires a car.
- It is 10 minutes drive from Sitges, and 5 minutes drive from Sant Pere de Ribes.
- The urbanization is very residential.
- Restaurants, bars and supermarkets, food shops at 5 minutes drive from the villa. There is a Club Nautico with a bar, a restaurant and tennis courts at 10 minutes walking distance but is open in summer only.
- A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Vills El Olivo through the vinyeards and fields.
IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO PAYMENTS AND FEES:
1.- Each week ends with a cleaning, change of pool and bath sheets/towels. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings, etc.
2.- This cleaning has a cost of 240 euros/week. It includes sheets and 2 sets of towels.
3.- Tourist tax: 1€/adult/day during the first 7 days.
4.- In winter low season: Central heating supplement 250€/week (Low season from October-November to April). Adjusted on the actual consumption of Electricity/Gas/Diesel/Water.
5.- In case of monthly rental: Supplement of 800€/month (Electricity/Gas/Diesel/Water). Adjusted to actual consumption.
5.- Option heated pool at 26-30o: 300€/week in spring or autumn and 300€ in winter or Christmas. To request 10 days before arrival. Based on actual electricity consumption. According to weather conditions.
6.- Late check-in: From 20:00 to 12:00 h. + 45 €.
7.- Late check-in: From 24:00 h.: + 70 euros.
8.- There is a 125 euros supplement per week for pets.
9.- For December/January bookings; 50% Christmas fee will be added if the monthly period includes it.
