A staircase leads to the upper floor where a hall of 35 m² leads to three suites (with bathroom and toilet, 2 of them with double bed and the other with two single beds), a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom for 4 people with 4 single beds, a bathroom with bath and toilet, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.
All the bedrooms have windows with mosquito nets and fans, with high ceilings on the upper floor and floor fans on the ground floor.
Outside there is a furnished terrace with dining table, a garden for children's play, an olive grove and a private saline chlorination swimming pool of 20 x 3.5 metres.
The swimming pool is set in a large fenced area with a beautiful lawn garden, sun loungers and a pergola-covered lounge.
Refurbished in 2016 and updated in 2024, the house is located in a flat and open property of 5.000 m² for private use. It has all the necessary equipment to enjoy a wonderful family holiday in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
