This lovely mature and part stone clad house is set in lovely gardens in the heart of Cala San Vicente with superb views to the surrounding mountains and famous cliffs of the Cavall Bernat. Inside the house there is a very spacious open plan lounge dining area split into two levels. From here there is access to the two large terraces and garden. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and this follows through to the laundry room. A passageway from the entrance leads to the bedrooms at the rear: one double en suite with shower and the other two are twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms benefit of A/C units. The villa has an open fire place but due to health and safety reasons this cannot be used. There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the garage and up to a mezzanine level that is not accessible. The mature gardens are a delight with mature olive and holm oak and lead to a built-in barbecue and on to the gorgeous huge pool (12 x 7 mts.) with small waterfall feature. This is a great private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and also has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. It is a unique villa, since it is extremely unusual to find one with such a big pool and garden, but at the same time so close to the beach and other amenities of the area.
