The house is located on a fully fenced 2 m² property. It is a construction of the year with a design in line with the architecture of the island, as well as careful decoration. It is made up of two volumes, a main one on the ground floor and 1st floor, and another that we call the pavilion, this one on the ground floor only. These volumes are joined by a porch with wonderful views of the Mediterranean, it is the busiest point of the house, especially due to the continuous breeze guaranteed on hot summer days. On the ground floor of the main volume there is the kitchen-dining room, a laundry room, a toilet and a large living room with a fireplace. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. and a double bedroom with two beds. Both share a large terrace with sea views and a generous bathroom. In the pavilion there are two double bedrooms with 1.80 x 2.00 m beds. each with its large bathroom and a 25 m² studio. All rooms have very ventilated built-in wardrobes. The house is surrounded by large terraces in all orientations. In the south orientation we have a dining room that we use on summer evenings. The house is fully equipped, with bed linen and towels, with all types of appliances, satellite internet, intrusion alarm, safe... In winter there is heating with hot water and also a wood-burning fireplace. In summer, given its orientation to the northeast and due to the ventilation system, the use of air conditioning is not necessary, with all rooms having ceiling fans, but they are hardly used. From the house you can see the space for a sunny pool with a 12x4 m sheet of water. and a 12 m² reed porch, it is surrounded by olive carob trees and salt marshes, close to the red tilled earth typical of this part of the island.
Services and common areas
During their stay, guests can enjoy the entire property except the heating installation areas and the tool room and garden machinery, located in a building separate from the main house.

The tenants will be received by us, Gonzalo or Cris, when we are on the island. If we are not there, you will be greeted by our friend Raquel who will take care of you very kindly, she is the one who takes care of the house when we are not there.

The location of the house is optimal to enjoy life in the countryside, with magnificent views of the sea, but at the same time it has the advantage of being close to the town of San Carlos (1 km), which has supermarket services, pharmacy, doctor, banks, restaurants. Near the house, within a radius of 4 km. There are the beaches of Aguas Blancas, Es Figueral, Cala Leña, Cala Nova...., whose bathrooms are excellent, as well as their beach bars. The famous Dalias Hippy Market is nearby, 2 km away. Every Saturday is an event on the island.
