When you arrive at the beautiful property, this original effect is evident in the house, which has a classic natural stone façade despite its recent construction. You will immediately feel like relaxing on the spacious front terrace, which leads to the pool area just a few metres away. Both areas are equipped with plenty of outdoor furniture, so the only thing missing is your favourite cool drink in your hand. But that's not the end of the outdoor seating, as further adjoining terraces extend over 100 m². This landscape is partially covered and offers plenty of shade around the villa. It is also surrounded by a well-tended garden with many trees and lots of Mediterranean plants. The entire property is thus wonderfully embedded in the absolutely marvellous hilly landscape around Son Servera. A special highlight next to the pool is a huge outdoor barbecue area where you can barbecue at any time in the evening. The outdoor pool is also very practical. You don't have to walk around the house with wet feet after swimming.
The interior of the villa has a large living room with a cosy seating area by the open fireplace and a dining area. The living area is also equipped with a TV, DVD player, music system and WLAN. The layout is clever, as one side of the room opens up to the fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and much more. Cala Ratjada (14 km) also offers a marvellous promenade and great evening restaurants. For shopping, you might like the town of Manacor (18 km), which has shops, restaurants and nightclubs. More idyllic is the beautiful village of Artà (12 km), with an inviting pedestrianised area.
