Quintana de Villar is located in the foothills of Peña Villar, a low mountain in the council of Parres, in Asturias, at your feet we can contemplate the Villa de Arriondas, a city of 5600 inhabitants in continuous expansion and that in the summer months doubles its population due to the tourist activity.
Its location is an invitation to enjoy the Asturian natural landscape and, of course, to carry out endless outdoor adventure activities, such as canoes, adventure park, canyon descent, horseback riding, buggy routes...

Any of these three small towns are a good reference and serve as a base camp to enjoy the Asturian East:
Arriondas: it is known for being the starting point of the famous International Descent of the Sella River, the first weekend of August.
Cangas de Onís: stands out for its great hotel and gastronomic offer, as well as for its Sunday market and its proximity to Covadonga.
Ribadesella: it is a coastal town that has rich restaurants, good beaches and spectacular views of its rugged coastline.
