Located in the Carmen neighbourhood, with all points of interest very close, Poniente beach and marina very close. Ideal for getting around on foot due to the location, although you can also get around by bus, taxi, or electric vehicle rental.
The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected, especially when moving through common areas.
