It has two bedrooms, both with double beds and wardrobes, providing a cosy and functional space to rest.
The strong point of our flat is its beautiful balcony, which will allow you to have an outdoor space to have a cup of coffee, enjoy long chats watching the sunset or the beautiful city.
The kitchen is separate from the living room and has everything you need to prepare meals, including oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the essential cooking utensils.
The living/dining room is a large space with a cosy sofa, TV and dining table perfect for group dinners or working remotely.
The bathroom has a shower and hot water.
Thanks to the excellent location of the flat you will be close to public transport which will give you easy access to other areas of Barcelona in just a few minutes.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.
No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
