We are the Property Management company of this apartment with an office only around 400 meters away, it is called "c.m.s" and we are here to hand over the keys to you, provide any service you need like transport, cleaning, laundry and any general maintenance. We have a 24hr Emergency number.
This complex "Vereda Golf" is a fairly new build right next to the Golf Course and Golf Club of Playa Serena. Only 350 metres from the Beach and around the corner from the main street called "Avenida Playa Serena" with all amenities. The complex has Swimming Pools, open during the summer months "ask for dates", a Gym, Sauna and a Bar also open only in the summer. The apartment has an underground parking space just under the apartment.
It is always handy to have a car but not necessary, just outside the complex there is a bus stop with various routes and there is the Taxi option also available that we can arrange.
