The community pool can be accessed from the same garden of the apartment, the pool area is landscaped and in very good conditions.The closest beach is Riells beach, just 500m away, it is possible to walk.
In Riells you will find a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment for all ages. During the summer they do a variety of scheduled activities, and every Sunday on the Riells promenade they do the weekly market.
The apartment is completely renovated, has a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.Distribution:
From the living room and the main bedroom you have access to the garden for the exclusive use of the apartment, a large space where you can enjoy the summer. The terrace has an awning for the hottest moments, with outdoor furniture and a table and chairs, it is very cozy!
The living room has a TV with national channels, a sofa bed (135cm), decorated with hand-painted paintings and furniture in very good condition.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for your use (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker...). With a table and chairs.
