Wide stone walls, broken paving stones and the typical architectural style of the time immediately spread an atmosphere of security and stimulate the imagination. The old mill tower is visible from the street and shows the way to the entrance, which ends in an archway. The 500 square meter building has a total of 5 double bedrooms, one of which is a through room. Of the 4 bathrooms, 3 are en suite, one is on the ground floor as a pool bath. There is also a guest toilet. The mixture of antique masonry and furniture with modern technology offers the usual comfort of modern times combined with the charm of past eras. The property has always been family owned. All beds and mattresses are from 2012. The 12 x 5 meter pool was completed at the end of March 2012. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. You can celebrate events at the finca, but only up to max. 80 people. An extra fee will be charged and the deposit will be increased.
