Esta habitación está en un piso muy bonito y reformado. La habitación tiene cama individual con cama nido, armario y escritorio.
El apartamento se ha reformado con mucho cariño hace poco y es muy bonito, tiene 3 dormitorios, un baño, cocina y salón. Además tiene balcón. Está en una zona de estudiantes y familias. Hay muchos comercios y bares cerca y está muy cerca de la universidad de Sevilla (Facultad de derecho, marketing, etc).
La zona donde se encuentra se llama Plantinar / Juncal.
Para este piso buscamos personas respetuosas, ordenadas y limpias.
Es muy importante que se cuide el apartamento y se tenga buena relación con los vecinos.
Están totalmente prohibidas las fiestas en el apartamento
