The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, within walking distance of several shopping centers, or supermarkets, where everyone can find what they need to spend a gastronomic vacation.
For others, there are some nearby restaurants or bars where you can choose a different dish every day.
These malls are within a 10-minute walk from your doorstep.
The property is surrounded by mountains where hiking lovers can practice it throughout the year.
The white sand beach "Playa Amadores" is a place to explore, if you visit our property during your stay.
The property is located near the highway and has direct access to travel south or north.

Upon arrival at the property, you will be required to provide a 200€ cash deposit for potential damages or authorize a hold on your credit card. This amount will be refunded following inspection of the apartment.
We inform you that parties, smoking, and pets are not allowed on our property.
Guests must inform the host of the number of guests in their reservation. Only the indicated number of people can use the apartment, with a maximum occupancy limit. Pets are allowed with prior permission. Violations may lead to eviction without compensation. Loud music, parties, and disturbances are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction. Guests must behave respectfully; failure to do so may result in eviction without refund and forfeiture of the reservation.
Upon check-in, guests are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully. If any guest, or accompanying individuals, fail to adhere to this standard, the host reserves the right to request immediate departure from the apartment without eligibility for refunds or compensation. Such action will also result in forfeiture of the entire reservation.
