Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking (pans, pots, cutlery, etc.) fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. All in perfect condition and brand new.
The whole apartment is equipped with central heating adjustable by a thermostat and air conditioning in each room.

Located in Plaza de Santa Ana where you can find restaurants and different leisure offers. 5 min from the museums of the Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen, Caixa Forum. Next to bars and traditional taverns on Calle Huertas, La Plaza del Ángel.
The Puerta del Sol is a 7 min walk away and therefore the whole center of Madrid (Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Calle Preciados ...) is within walking distance to be visited in the most comfortable way.
HOW TO GET HERE
From the airport we offer our clients a private transfer service on request (for a fee). Approximate time of arrival: 30 minutes.

Airport Madrid - Antón Martin (estimated time 40 minutes): Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, in Nuevos Ministerios change to line 10 until Tribunal, once there with line 1 there are 4 stops until Antón Martín.
From Atocha train station: you have the option to move by metro from Atocha station to Antón Martín stop (Line 1/1 stop) which is less than 5 minutes from the apartment. You also have the option of go walking to our apartment (20-25minutes)
