Villa "Ca na Xisca" is an ideal self-catering holiday home in Mallorca, perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. This modern villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with friends.
The outdoor area has a pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a mobile barbecue, ideal for socialising on those long Mediterranean nights. A covered veranda offers space for dining and an upper terrace overlooks the pool.
Inside, the villa is designed for comfort. A staircase leads to a small entrance area with bathroom and utility room. A few steps up brings you to a bright living and dining area with access to the rear pool terrace.
