Casa Andrea is the ideal home to enjoy Lanzarote from its best locations. Typical local country house with sea views and a large garden with fruit trees and native plants. The house is isolated in an area with very few neighbors, but only (5 minutes by car, you have a supermarket, 7 minutes by car the beaches of Puerto del Carmen, 10 minutes by car La Geria and its vineyards, 15 minutes from the Timanfaya Natural Park as well as other must-see points.
The house has a private entrance with palm groves for the car and its own garage space.
Casa Andrea is on one floor with a kitchen-dining room, a spacious living room with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Outside, the terrace is oriented towards the southeast so that you will have sun all day, being able to enjoy 2 dining rooms outside.
Mácher, is one of the best residential areas in Lanzarote. You are one step away from everything and with the tranquility of staying in a rural space in the Tegoyo Valley.
As additional information, the house has a DIRECT ALARM system. It is not necessary to use it during your stay, but if so, it is important to know that the cameras that you will find in some parts of the house are not working unless the alarm is connected and someone accesses without authorization. Then they activate themselves and take a photo to notify the authorities. When disabled correctly, the system understands that everything is fine and they are never turned on. The privacy law requires that the operation only be activated in the aforementioned situation.
