The property is located in a building with no elevator, our external swimming pool is open only in summer, when traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of eur 12 per night per pet applies. only 2 pets are allowed in every apartment and we do not accept dogs classified as potentially dangerous, on the day of departure, leave the windows of your apartment open to ventilate and that our cleaning companions can access safely, on the day of departure the apartment must be left clean, including the kitchen and the dishes (please use the dishwasher and take the garbage to the street containers), if the apartment is dirty we will invoice € 50 for departure cleaning.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
