It is a House in the countryside, fully fenced, in the rural, surrounded by villas and single-family houses, the nearest town is 900 m. with all services: banks, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, small shops, gas station etc. The nearest beach is La Lanzada Beach at 2400 m.
