Summary: Cleanand spacious. large balcony but unfortunately it did not get any sun so the flat felt cold in the evenings. There was no heating. The kitchen had all the the necesary equipment. The main problem was that the furnishing were rather tired. there was an Ikea cream chair but it was so soiled we put away in the second bedroom, the glass on the coffee table was chipped . On arrival there was no one to meet & greet as the phone number given had been changed two days prior to our arrival! However susequent contact was OK Location is a view over the square towards the mountains. There are many restaurents on the front of the beach which is behind the flats and on the square. Access is good - a working lift and the access area is spotless & secure. Recommended location of flat in probably the best resort on the Island.
