A relatively new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment with substantial rooftop solarium with stunning views overlooking the prestigious Dave Thomas designed Roda Golf Course and The Mar Menor and Mountains forming the backdrop. The apartment has 2 terraces. One off the living room (25 square meters), providing an outdoor dining area with table and 6 chairs which leads via an internal stone staircase to a massive rooftop solarium (over 80 square meters!) equipped with 4 sun loungers, a table and seating for 4 people, parosol and BBQ. The orientation of the penthouse means the rooftop solarium receives sunshine from dawn to dusk! The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people (1 double en suite bedroom and 1 twin room) with a quality double sofa bed in the living room catering for an extra 1-2 people if required
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with all "mod cons" necessary to enjoy that well-deserved break! It is situated just steps away from the beautifully landscaped gardens and 2 pool areas so common of this very popular Roda resort. It is within walking distance of the club house where you can enjoy a drink on the terrace or have a bite to eat in the excellent restaurant. It has great views of the golf course on one side (with only front line terraces in between) and on another mountains and the Mar Menor can be seen in the distance! It is just a 5 minute drive (2 km) to the beaches of the Mar Menor and Los Alcazares, great for families, to swim, relax in one of the many beach cafes or to participate in a multitude of water sports
