Fully renovated mansion goes over two levels and offers a living room with American kitchen and big windows front with leads to the nice garden and pool area. There are 4 bedrooms. First bedroom has a doublebed, second and third bedrooms which each has two separate beds. Fourth bedroom is on the second floor, it has a large doublebed. There is also second lougne. Each bedroom has its own separate enterance from the outside and each one of them has a bathroom with a toliet, a bidet and a shower. Villa is built in andalusian style with large patio in the centre. There is a dining table in the patio for eating and hanging out outside. Parking lots, BBQ, swimming pool with salted water (no chemicals). ADSL Wi-FI internet, UK TV, German TV, DVD(3d blu-ray,USB host). Close to restaurants and a supermarket. If you like golf, not far include the Santa Clara Golf-7km and more golf.
