This is an ideal location from which to enjoy the north coast and east coast beaches, while still being within a fifteen-minute drive of Ibiza Town.Cut into the hillside, surrounded by fragrant forests of tall pines, Ibiza Villa 1019 sits on a 25,000m2 plot. From here, you can look out over beautifully maintained gardens, rolling farmland and forested hillsides, with the Mediterranean Sea glinting on the horizon. A wide terrace spans out from the house. Here, you can relax on luxurious daybeds, soak up the glorious Ibizan sunshine from a poolside lounger, or enjoy the 12m x 7m heated infinity pool. While you take a dip, you can enjoy the beautiful countryside views – or enjoy them from the poolside jacuzzi, if you prefer!Across the pool, sofa seating is shaded by an attractive pergola. Close by, another terrace hosts the main outside dining area, seating eighteen, barbeque, and a well-equipped summer kitchen.
