Beautiful Andalusian style villa situated on the outskirts of the village of La Puebla de Cazalla, near Seville. The villa offers the perfect place to see and live the local lifestyle with churches, market, shops, tapa bars and restaurants nearby, and it is only a 40 minute drive to the historically acclaimed city of Seville. “Villa Flores” is conveniently situated in easy reach of the A92 Motorway (Autovia) running from Seville to Granada. It's an ideal location that allows visitors to sightsee many other key sites of Andalucia, including Cádiz, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, Málaga and Huelva; a great base from which to visit the World Heritage sites of the Alhambra in Granada and the famous 8th-century mosque in Cordoba.
Inside the modern villa are 4 double sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen has electric oven and hobs for cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and all the utensils required. There are 5 air conditioning units providing both cool and warm air for your comfort. The indoor dining area has a pine table and 6 chair seating, this is also the case in the huge lounge area which also has an open log fire for those renting in the winter months.
