Quad villa situated in the village of San Cayetano complete with Air-con, TV, Wifi and dvd player. The villa looks out onto a lovely landscaped area and it well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor). The main bedroom has a king size bed with a balcony, the second bedroom upstairs has twin beds with a Juliet balcony and the third bedroom downstairs has twin beds. The main bathroom upstairs has a bath and shower.
The facilities in the village include a bakery, supermarket, restaurant/bars serving spanish and english food and the much acclaimed Joachin Restaurant. Alternatively bbq on the terrace and relax in the garden with a glass of wine. For those in search of a lively night, the nearby towns of San Javier and Los Alcazares offer a wide range of bars and restaurants. Golfers are spoilt for choice, the villa is situated at the heart of some of the best golf courses in Spain. The famous Mar Menor beaches are a 10 min drive away. The communal pool is approximately 100yds from the villa. There is a local charge for entry. Please note this pool is council run and is therefore subject to their opening times. A car is recommended but not essential.
