Set in a Five Star Resort with a world-class golf course, this EcoVilla has been designed with the whole family in mind – whether or not you are an avid golfer, you are sure to have an unforgettable holiday!
Combined with relaxing hues of blues and greens plus marble floors, the playful 'nature' theme enhances EcoVilla's oasis-like atmosphere, and there are thoughtful touches at every turn. For example, the 'To Do' Wall, a super-sized annotated map wallpaper of the resort and the region, lets you plan your holiday from the comfort of your holiday home! You'll also receive a list of local restaurants, should you wish to venture out - although, with the English-food stocked supermarket in the Resort and the excellent and reasonably-priced menu at the Clubhouse, you may never need to leave.
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a lots of built-in storage. The master has a large double bed, touch-lighting, a guest safe and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The second double adjoins the second bathroom at the front of the villa, while remaining two bedrooms are a twin, and a single with a pull-out double sofa-bed for maximum versatility. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower, WC, bidet and twin sinks under a huge mirror. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack and associated storage.
The galleried main living room boasts a huge sofa, satellite TV and a children's corner, a dining area with a pull-out table, and an iPhone/iPod and 3.5mm compatible sound system. There's a gorgeous sideboard filled with every board game you can think of, Legos, giant chess (play outside using the terracotta tiles as your board) and giant jenga. Complimentary WiFi is provided, and the Philips Hue feature lighting in the living-room space is colour- and brightness tuneable. It can even 'disco' to your music! There's also a collapsible high chair, a cot and baby-feeding utensils for new parents on holiday. The kitchen and utility area are stocked with mod cons, including an American-style fridge-freezer with a filtered-water dispenser. Green Haven it may be, but EcoVilla is far from low-tech, both air-conditioned and centrally heated.
The villa has a private garden, with a 6 x 3.5m covered, heated swimming pool (additional cost for heating). There are sun loungers plus a huge outdoor sofa set, a luxury hammock, a barbecue adjoining the kitchen, and two LED trees that provide beautiful lighting of this area after dark. There is ample private parking on site. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
El Valle Golf Resort has an eighteen-hole competition golf course, the jewel of the Jack Nicklaus Trail course collection, located in this region of Spain, and all other courses are day-trip accessible. Aside from the supermarket, the Clubhouse offers the Nike golf-shop, a galleried bar with exposed beams, and the restaurant serving food and drink to cater for all tastes. The terrace gives views of the final holes, and offers a vista that takes in the unique formations of the local terrain and ultimately the Mediterranean. The Clubhouse also contains a gym, while also on Resort are tennis courts, the local racquet sport 'Padel', and a number of safe, outdoor children's play areas.
The wider Murcia region has history, gastronomy, beaches, bars, clubs, amusement parks, a zoo and outdoor adventures galore. EcoVilla makes an idea jumping-off point for everyone from the avid golf-party, to the sun-holidaying extended family group.
