Some air con. pool open from late March till end of October, large patio for sun bathing and al fresco entertaining, newly tiled in 2015. traditional charcoal BBQ very Spanish or if you prefer to cook on a calor gas BBQ there is one provided. outdoor poolside shower, With sun beds , tables, chairs, umbrellas and gazebos. 5 dining areas on front side & back including roof terrace , 3 double bedrooms (sleep 7) also bed settee in lounge for extra person, + travel cots playpen & highchair provided for small baby's. 3 bathrooms, modern kitchen & large lounge/diner. in peaceful village of Bolnuevo with sea & mountain views, 10 mins walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Close proximity to Puerto Mazarron with regular bus service and seasonal small train. secure Off road parking through double gates, under cover. 7 feet wall all round villa so very private . with some air/con British & Spanish TV, new for 2023 is streamed British TV, including sport and children's TV. DVD, CD. the pool & outside shower have been fully re-furbished in January 2014 to keep it in pristine condition . lots of areas in the garden to sit & have a quiet read or simply rest or play games. sun is on rear patio and pool from 10am till late. front & side sunshine from early morning , gardener to look after garden twice weekly, pool maintained twice a week , the management team clean the villa and supply clean bedding before your arrival , they clean & wash the bedding on your departure , any additional cleaning can be arranged at your cost to fit your requirements if your stay is for 2 weeks a set of bedding for the second week will be left in each bedroom for you to change, bathroom towels also provided on same basis. beach towels are now also provided. we can now provide internet during your stay , this is on request at no extra cost. new for 2016 some air conditioning.
To keep our costs down electricity is provided on a prepaid meter, we give our guests a generous allowance which should be enough for your holiday if used sensibly. Over and above this, electricity is charged from your deposit.
