Ca n'Estaráss is a wonderful estate for 4 people, located in the foothills of the highest mountain in Mallorca, the Puig Major, in the setting of the Serra Tramuntana. It belongs to the municipal term of Fornalutx, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. It is also close to the Barranc de Biniaraix, one of the most iconic hiking trails on the island. Itis isolated in the middle of the mountain, with no neighbors and is totally sustainable (solar-powered)
The house has about 90m2 and has two floors; the ground floor is a living-dining room with integrated kitchen (fully equipped) and a bathroom, the upper floor has two double bedrooms. Outside several terraces surround the house, with barbecue, swimming pool, natural shade area and own parking with a spectacular view of Fornalutx, Sóller, Puerto de Sóller and the sea in the background.RECOMMENDATIONS:Given the exclusive environment and access to it, this Estate is recommended for nature lovers and groups who want to be quiet, isolated from the tourist massification that exists practically all year round in Mallorca.To facilitate access, a small car with insurance at full risk is recommended in addition to automatic to facilitate driving.Upon arrival in Mallorca we will accompany you to the house to be able to make the way with you in addition to showing you the operation and the rules of our beloved and beautiful property.
