The house is 140 m², and has two interior spaces and one outside area with a patio/garden where children can play. During the summer months there is a small pool where guests can cool down and enjoy the sun.
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor is the area which leads to the house upstairs and also has direct access to the outside patio. Here there is a room with the traditional Catalan-style vaulted ceiling with table football and an entrance hall leading to the other parts of the house. This area is ideal for the children to play in and run around. There is also a place to leave bicycles.
FIRST FLOOR
Stairs lead up to this floor where the living quarters of the house are situated. The kitchen with all the necessary equipment and utensils, retains its rustic style with wooden beams, stone floors and kitchen tiles. There is also a wooden table and chairs for dining. In one corner is a large open fireplace. Door leading directly out to the terrace with views. This space is very peaceful and has outdoor furniture such as table and chairs, sunshade and a portable barbecue. Lounge with sofa, TV and wood-burning stove with a small balcony. The three bedrooms lead off from this space. There are two double bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe or chest of drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps, and one double bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children.
On this floor there is also a utility room with a washing machine, fridge-freezer and place to hang the washing.
OUTSIDE
Patio with the charm of old traditional stone houses. The ground is stone, but there is a space with sun-loungers and a small pool where guests can enjoy the sun during the summer months. It is surrounded with trees including a lemon tree which adds a special green touch. Ideal place to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside surrounding the house and the lovely sunsets.
