Positive: It's a very spacious apartment right next to the port and river front - one the best spots in Luarca. It is very well equipped and very comfortable. It was nice to find milk and water in the fridge, as well as tea, coffee pods and even biscuits.7 We loved getting fresh bread from the excellent bakery / deli just a few doors away and an ice cream from the exceptional Heladería in the street.

Negative: Nothing much. One of the rooms only has a rooflight that doesn't open and therefore is difficult to ventilate, but it didn't seem to bother our son much. Ideally, a few more cups and bowls would be helpful, to make better use of the dishwasher.

Summary: Great apartment in a perfect location.
