Recently renovated with high quality finishes, this spacious and bright duplex apartment is located in the bay of Sa Riera, known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. A private parking in front of the house guarantees an easy arrival at the property. Once you arrive, the distance to the beach, restaurants and small shops is only 5 minutes on foot.
The duplex is equipped with an efficient air conditioning system for maximum comfort.
The property consists of a bright living room, directly connected to a furnished terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains.
On the same floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. A staircase leads to a loft with a versatile space with flat screen TV, a sofa bed that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed of 1.60 m with slatted bed base and a chillout area.Only AC in living room.
Another staircase leads to the lower floor, where there are two double rooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom and another separate and fully equipped bathroom. The location is very quiet and offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in an exclusive environment. Free Wifi is avaible in the whole property.
Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.
In 2020, we premiered the newly built community pool, an outdoor infinity pool with sea views and right in front of the apartment (size: 30 m2).
