Outstanding brand new luxury one bedroom apartment in the heart of Estepona centre. the brand new property has been finished with high standard and enjoys amazing views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa. The american kitchen has all the facilites such as oven, hobs, washing machine, fridge freezer as well as Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer and kettle. the living room has a double sofa bed and the bedroom has a large king size bed. the bathroom comes with a walking shower.the apartment is on the third floor with lift to all floors. the building has been finished a few weeks ago and only has two apartments on each floors. from the promenade, one can enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea with restaurants, bars and beach restaurants a few meters away. there are 2 main supermarkets nearby, Mercadona and Carrefour.The building is located in the main street, now renovated and only accessed by residents. There is a public car park opposite.
