This beautiful ground floor apartment is flooded with natural light inviting you in with a view through the apartment onto the back patio, the pool and mountains beyond. On your right as you enter the apartment, you will find a modern newly renovated kitchen with all the comforts of home and the laundry room next to it. Passing by the kitchen, the living room opens up with a wooden desk, oversized sofa and chair in front of a 65in TV
To the left of the living room, you enter the master bedroom with a large bed, two 90cm beds that are placed as a super king, but can be separated into two comfortable single beds, if so chosen. The master bedroom has a newly renovated full en-suite bathroom. Exiting the master bedroom, the second full bathroom complete with a shower is located to your right. To the left of the second bathroom, you will find the second bedroom with two comfortable twin beds.
Facing the living room once again, after passing through the double glass doors, you will find the wonderful dining room complete with glass curtains that open, enabling you to be inside with the feeling of being outside overlooking the pool and vista beyond. The dining room has a hardwood table ready to entertain 6 guests. To the right of the dining room, the third bedroom awaits with a double bed, large closet and a private jacuzzi (warm water, not hot).
The fenced in patio in the back of the property faces east with morning to mid afternoon sun depending on the season. It features a comfortable seating area, oversized sunshade and two hanging chairs. A gate lets you walk the few steps to the brilliant blue pool. The side of the property also has 2 chairs, for enjoying late afternoon sun. All bedrooms are equipped with TV. Full AC throughout the property.
The apartment is located on El Valle Golf Resort, a gated community with a 24hr guard at the entry, featuring an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, a driving range, putting green, and a club house where you can rent golf clubs and take lessons. Additional golf courses can be found within a short drive. There are playgrounds in the resort for little ones and a paved biking path for walking, running etc. The tennis court and padel court are within a few minutes’ walk. Within walking distance, you will also find a well-stocked grocery store, restaurant, a gym and a bar. There are several additional restaurants, bars and cafes within a short drive.
