Positive: We were lucky enough to be the first guests of Casa Valdearenas. Sometimes you can be really lucky and find a real gem when you don't have anyone else's reviews to go by and this thankfully was one of those times. We all felt that the actual property was even nicer than the photos! Especially when you sat at the outside dining table looking across the pool, the beautiful garden and then across to the view of Iznájar on the top of the hill in the background in the evening. The apartment itself was excellently laid out with easily enough rooms and comfort for our two families of four staying there. The outside bar area with more than enough bar stools, was fully equipped (two large fridges, washing facilities, cutlery, plates etc and stove) like the rest of the house which simply added to the finer details that were on offer. Pepe, the owner and his wife were excellent throughout and made sure that we had everything we could possibly want from our stay. If you want to find a beautiful, quiet spot in Andalusia, within walking distance of the Iznajar Reservoir, then you won't find a better location.

Negative: Loved everything, nothing to dislike, but maybe just add a few flyers or notes about "Things to do nearby" such as shops, restaurants, etc.

Summary: The perfect property to start our Andalusian experience in the best possible way.
