Positive: On photos it looked modern stylish

Negative: Reality of room was a lift shaft running through lounge corner. Noisy . Another lift shaft side of apartment against another block feet away & noisy. Adjoining apartments not sound proof from late night noise. Front door metal permanently banging at night on electronic entry. This flat was 1st floor & noisiest position . Tiny bathroom barely room to stand. Booked over a year ago expected better.
