This lovely two bedroom ground floor apartment has been furnished and decorated with comfort and simplicity in mind to provide the ideal holiday accommodation where you just arrive with your suitcase and settle in. The accommodation includes a spacious and comfortable lounge/dining room with a flatscreen TV, a high speed Wifi connection along with an international TV package including Sky. A super king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, family bathroom, and an independent fully fitted kitchen. From the lounge you walk onto the large terrace area which is ideal for escaping the afternoon sun or al fresco dining in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and the development has a large community swimming pool with a separate children’s pool. The apartment is fully air conditioned and includes a designated underground parking space which is particularly useful in the height of summer. The complex has two access points on either side and there is a long ramp for a wheelchair (but quite steep) for access from the supermarket side of the complex. There are many plants throughout the urbanisation making it a pleasant walkway.
