A part of the farmhouse of 50m2 is rented, which is attached to that of the owners, who live in it, but with independence both for the stay and for the entrances of the house through the street and the entrance of the house through the garden.
It has 1 bedroom with two 90cm beds, a living room with a very comfortable 1.50cm sofa-bed, which can be converted into a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, all in very good condition and very well equipped. We all have independence. It is very well connected to the beach, 300 m away and the best known beach bars are five minutes away by car and the best known nightclubs.

It is a very quiet house and area and very well connected. The field is very close and you can take some nice walks.
