Built-in wardrobes, two fully-equipped bathrooms and one toilet.Parlavà is a little and quiet village of Empordà area, with Costa-Brava beaches only 15 kms away. Ideal house to lodge till 8 people in a quite, wide and natural environment in Empordà and Costa Brava area.A very well decorated house, which offers a warming atmosphere in all the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, ... to feel at home. GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, leaving-room, garden and toilet.A big leaving-room with sofas and dinning table with a large window, through which you can access to the private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer and dishwasher). Between the dining-room and the kitchen there is an opening to easy mouve dishes and tableware. Finally, there is a toilet in the ground-floor. FIRST FLOOR: 3 rooms and 1 bathroom.The suite is directly connected to a private terrace with outdoor furniture to be relaxed.
