Lovely new bright countryside house (blended with an old house) in a 14200 sqm. plot, with great views, air aconditioning in the sleeping rooms at certain hours and solar climatised swimming pool, in the centre of Mallorca, 7 min. from Sineu and 1/2 an hour from spectacular beaches or anywhere in the island.
The house is brand new (24/03/2017) (except for the antique refurbished kitchen), incluing modern design furniture.
The house does not practically have an ecological footprint as the electricity is from photovoltaic solar panels and the hot water is from thermosolar panels, but without renouncing to any luxuries (digital and satellite TV, internet, air aconditioning in the sleeping rooms at certain hours, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, solar climatised pool, etc.). House cleaning and linen change once every four days throughout the stay.
It is ideal for visiting the rest of the island as it is in the centre of it. Many excursion in the surroundings either by car or with the 2 bicycles at your disposal in the house.
