The apartment Eder 1 is a perfectly equipped accommodation located on the first floor of a building with a lift. The main day-time area is made up of a spacious open plan lounge-dining room and a modern kitchenette. From the large windows in the lounge, we can enjoy amazing side views of Alderdi-Eder Park and La Concha Bay. Also in the lounge, there is a comfortable sofa-bed, a large flat-screen TV set and a DVD and CD players. Located between the lounge and the modern kitchenette there is a table and chairs, where you and your party will be able to enjoy delicious meals before going to the beach or to the Old Town to have a good time. The kitchenette is fully fitted with high quality electric appliances and kitchenware.
In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe and, as in the lounge, a window with side views of the park and the bay. The apartment's bathroom is also spacious, modern and fitted with a bath.
The vacation apartment Eder 1 offers as well high-speed Wi-Fi Internet system and electrical shutters. It doesn"t have a garage and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive.
