Positive: Location was good. Ocean view from one side, mountain from another side.

Negative: I paid penalty for parking in the wrong place. I parked at the neighbors. I was told by customer service that parking is free everywhere. Neighbors had yellow bars and it was not permitted to park there. As I come from UK, I didn't know local rules. I believe the apartments should clarify parking restrictions and make the space for customers who rent the flats. After getting the penalty, I asked the owner of the restaurant if I can park in front of the flats. He let me remove the restrictive sign and park.

Summary: In general I liked the flat. I will recommend to anyone.
