Nice and bright apartment for up to 4 people (basement apartment)
The apartment is in the basement.
In the hot summer months, this has the advantage that it does not get too warm in the apartment and the existing air conditioning is therefore often not necessary.
It is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need for everyday use.
It has its own entrance and its own quiet zone of around
100 sqm with large pavilion and grill.
The property is fenced and not visible from the outside.
However, a breathtaking view of the mountains over Malaga awaits you.
You can also enjoy the wonderful sunset and the peace and relaxation perhaps with a glass of wine.
The pool area is private, lowered and cannot be seen from the street.
It is sheltered from the wind and has an area of approximately 170 square meters.
Only my guests share the pool area.
That is 4 people from this apartment and 2 other people from my small apartment.
The large pool has 10m x 4m and a depth of 1.50m to 2.40m.
In the lowered, wind-protected pool area of about 170 square meters there is:
A seating area with lots of shade.
A smaller pool in the shade, 2m x 3m, 0.80cm deep.
An outside shower.
A sauna for 2 to 3 people
Bedding:
A bedroom with double bed, 1.80mx 2.00m, with latex mattresses.
A smaller room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people,
extended 1.60mx 2.00m.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all accessories.

My guests can heat up the sauna according to their needs and by means of a wood-fired sauna heater.
For the wood I charge 5.00 euros per sauna session.
