Beautiful house for six people in El Toro, within a quiet environment but close to everything. Outside we find a nice private chlorine pool that measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth that goes from 1.20 to 2 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful 100 m2 terrace where you can enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine on one of the 4 sunbeds after a refreshing dip. The trees complete this corner to relax. The plot of 500 m2 is fenced in an urbanized area. The 115 m2 house is divided into two levels: the ground floor and the lower floor or -1. On the ground floo, we find the independent gas kitchen with all the necessary tools to cook your best stews. Also on this floor, we find the dining room where 10 people can sit comfortably. On this floor, we also find the laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two of the four bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One of them has a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed, fan and wardrobe. On the lower level, we find the living room, equipped with a sofa, satellite TV and wifi, ideal for quiet evenings watching TV. Also on this floor, we find the other two bedrooms, one with a single bed, fan and closet and the last one with two single beds, fan and a closet as well. The house is completed with two bathrooms that serve the whole house, the one on the ground floor with a bathtub and the one on the lower floor with a shower. The whole house is equipped with central heating. The house is located near the luxurious area of Port Adriano, an incredible place where you can spend a great holiday although within a quiet environment in a very nice and well maintained place.
